By placing an order, you are certifying that you are 21 years of age or older. All deliveries must be received by, and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age. In order to fulfill each order, a user must provide certain financial information (credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and security code). This information is used for billing purposes only. This information is taken in a secure area, is encrypted for our customers' protection, and is not sold or shared with anyone else under any circumstances. |
| Order Processing |
| Orders received on Monday through Friday are processed the same day that we receive them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the first available delivery day. Your credit card will be billed when we confirm inventory is available for shipment. |
| Shipping |
| When your order is delivered, the person receiving will be required to show
identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. For this reason, we will not ship to PO Box addresses, or ship with instructions to
"leave on porch" or any instructions which will not allow a signature to be obtained. If an order is returned for failure to provide proper proof of age or unclaimed, the Buyer is
responsible for payment of all return shipping charges. |
